Holding professional certifications in program, project, and change management (PgMP, PMP, and PROSCI), Pete draws upon best practices and nearly three decades of knowledge and experience to align, integrate and optimize people, processes, and technology to achieve results.

He has led IT teams and departments; managed global Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), HR/payroll, and financial systems implementations; provided Project Management Office (PMO) and program oversight for business process re-engineering and outsourcing (BPO); and has designed, deployed, and managed various PMO teams and organizations.
